1. Prohibited Uses

• Generating content that is illegal, harmful, or violates laws in your jurisdiction
• Creating deceptive or fraudulent content, including phishing, scams, or impersonation
• Generating sexually explicit material, especially involving minors
• Building weapons, explosives, or other dangerous materials
• Automated spam, disinformation campaigns, or election interference
• Any activity that violates the usage terms of our upstream model providers

2. API Fair Use

• Rate limits apply per API key tier
• No unauthorized reselling of API access without written agreement
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or extracting model weights
• Reasonable commercial use is permitted unless abusive to the service

3. Enforcement

FlintAPI reserves the right to:

• Monitor API usage patterns for abuse detection
• Suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy
• Report illegal activities to relevant authorities
